We follow the ISO 31000:2018 process to establish your project risk profile. This ensures a high degree of integrity and due diligence stands behind your contingency position. Defending this position is academic!
RESULTS
Your project risk profile will be assessed using a parametric relationship, between time and cost, ensuring results are fully correlated and defendable.
We never assess cost independently of time or vice versa. This is our point of difference.
All profiles are presented in native formats; Acumen Fuse, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, P6, Saffron.
